Ingredients
- 1 silverside beef roast (about 2–3 lbs)
- 1 cup brown vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 onion, quartered
- Water, enough to cover the silverside
Instructions
