Ingredients

  • 1 (6-ounce) box raspberry-flavored gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries, divided

Instructions

Step 1: Dissolve the Gelatin

In a large mixing bowl, add the raspberry gelatin.

Carefully pour in the boiling water and whisk continuously for 1–2 minutes until the gelatin has completely dissolved.

Allow the mixture to cool for about 10–15 minutes until it is warm but no longer hot.

Step 2: Fold in the Whipped Topping

Once the gelatin has cooled slightly, gently fold in the thawed whipped topping using a rubber spatula.

Continue folding until the mixture becomes smooth, fluffy, and evenly pink with no white streaks remaining.

Step 3: Add the Fresh Raspberries

Carefully fold in about 1½ cups of the fresh raspberries.

Stir gently to keep most of the berries intact while allowing a few to naturally break apart for beautiful swirls of color.

Step 4: Transfer to the Dish

Pour the mixture into a 9×13-inch glass baking dish.

Spread evenly with a spatula.

Scatter the remaining fresh raspberries over the top, pressing them lightly into the fluff.

Step 5: Chill
