Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails (6–8 oz each)
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Lobster
Using kitchen shears, cut through the top of each lobster shell lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fin.

Carefully loosen the meat from the shell while keeping it attached at the base. Lift the meat and rest it on top of the shell for an attractive presentation. Pat dry with paper towels and lightly season with salt and pepper.
