Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 cans (10.5 ounces each) condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup water or low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • A couple dashes of hot paprika (optional)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 12 ounces egg noodles, cooked according to package directions

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Slow Cooker
